Mining Law

We provide advisory services at every stage to clients operating in areas such as mineral extraction and the operation of mining sites. We provide support in every process, in particular mineral extraction, applying for and renewing licences and permits, process monitoring, concluding royalty (rödovans) agreements and conducting environmental impact assessment (EIA) processes. We play an active role in all administrative, civil and criminal proceedings and contract processes that may arise in mining law.
