Hospital Advisory and Healthcare Law

We provide legal services to leading private hospitals and medical centres, and share our knowledge of health law with medical doctors. We provide our clients with both preventive and dispute-resolution support on patient rights, physicians’ obligations, hospital obligations and potential malpractice proceedings. We provide follow-up and support in preparing and filing the documents needed to inform patients comprehensively about their rights. We take an active role before consumer arbitration committees and in other judicial proceedings concerning patient rights. Drawing on our knowledge of medical law, we act on both sides of the bench in potential malpractice proceedings and, where necessary, take an active part in all matters concerning patient rights and in compensation proceedings.
