Within the scope of commercial law, we take part in the incorporation, registration, change of type, merger and acquisition of companies, particularly limited and joint-stock companies. By working closely with university professors who are experts in their fields and, where necessary, obtaining academic legal opinions, we open the door to strong legal services for our clients. We provide legal support at the stages of adopting general assembly and board of directors resolutions, and in preparing the necessary company agreements on the basis of internal risk assessments. We produce solutions suited to each company model and provide transparent legal services through routine reporting. In all these services, we are directly involved in the processes through one-to-one relationships and visits to client companies. We take an active role in conducting companies’ litigation files, enforcement proceedings, mediation and other alternative resolution processes. We also represent companies before judicial and administrative authorities, working both preventively and with a focus on dispute resolution in our clients’ favour.
